Ensure hygiene and cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Wash your hands before you start preparing food and frequently throughout the process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Sanitize all equipment, utensils and surfaces used in food preparation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Separate raw food from cooked food<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Separate raw meat and fish from other foods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Use different equipment and utensils, such as knives and cutting boards, for raw and cooked food.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You should cook food well, especially meat, eggs and fish.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Soups and stews should be cooked at a temperature above 70\u00baC.<br \/>\nIn the case of meat, make sure the edges are light and not red. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Keeping food at safe temperatures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Do not leave cooked food at room temperature for more than 2 hours.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Refrigerate cooked or perishable food quickly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Don&#8217;t store food for too long, even in the fridge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.
