expectancy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Smoking affects the entire human organism, causing or aggravating the most prevalent chronic non-communicable diseases, in particular cancer, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, as well as other harmful effects on sexual and reproductive health, eye health, oral health and skin ageing.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What are the symptoms of tobacco withdrawal?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When you stop smoking, it&#8217;s normal for them to appear:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Feeling of sadness<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Irritability and smoking:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Change your habits and avoid situations where you feel the urge to smoke;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Try to delay your first cigarette in the morning;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Increase the interval between cigarettes;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Don&#8217;t smoke until the end.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When to quit
