such as abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, nausea, weight loss and diarrhea.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of celiac disease, more than half of individuals have signs and symptoms such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Anemia;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Dermatitis herpetiformis (bullous lesions on the skin);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lesions in the mouth;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tiredness;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tingling in the hands and feet;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mood swings;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Joint pain;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Irregular menstruation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Growth problems in children.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>In which foods can we find gluten?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Rye<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Broa;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Rye bread;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bread mix<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Barley<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Durum wheat<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Spaghetti (all shapes)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Normal wheat<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bread<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Toast<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cookies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Breakfast cereals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pastries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Breadcrumbs (rissoles, croquettes, etc);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Quiches, puff pastry, fresh pasta;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Wheat flour (wholemeal or refined);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Wheat bran;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oats &#8211;
