Assessing the impact of the pandemic in the workplace: a webinar and SEPRI study

The situation of the COVID-19 pandemic affects us all, presenting us with new adversities and challenges, which require the ability to adapt and change our behavior in our day-to-day work, whether we are working remotely or in person.
It is therefore essential to be vigilant and take care of our psychological health and well-being.

During epidemics, the number of people whose mental health is affected is expected to be higher than the number of people affected by the infection.
It was with this information in mind that we created the webinar “Assessing the impact of the pandemic in the workplace”.
This webinar will be open to the entire community, so that together we can identify problems and propose strategies.
This session, which will take place next Tuesday, October 27, at 11 a.m., will also serve to present an exclusive study for SEPRI partners and clients.

The aim of the study will be to  identify potential situations of risk and psychosocial vulnerability within companies and suggest strategies for managing the pandemic situation we are currently experiencing in a more positive way.

Participation in this study also brings several advantages, such as:

  • priority areas for action will be identified, seeking to reduce the impact of psychosocial risks;

  • we will be able to promote the identification of warning signs by employees and there will be a strengthening of the assessment, prevention and intervention processes for psychosocial risks during the pandemic.
