We all know that this year was different.
The world was forced to stop.
Many lights didn’t come on, many screens went black, many machines didn’t turn on, many doors didn’t open.
And when that happened, we rolled up our sleeves, put on our uniforms, put on our gloves, put on our masks and went into battle.
We adapt.
And then we innovated.
We were at the forefront of science.
We trained our professionals.
We were where they needed us.
And when they needed us more often and more quickly, we built new paths.
We don’t just test, we accompany, guide and show the way towards health and safety.
Little by little, the lights began to come on, the screens began to turn on, the noise of the machines was heard and the doors were no longer closed.
The world hasn’t fully recovered yet, but it’s coming back and we’ve never left.
