Correct posture at work is essential to prevent future pain and injuries.

These are the rules to follow at the workplace for correct posture:
1 – The top of the monitor is at eye level or slightly lower.
2 – The position of the body in relation to the keyboard or monitor is forward.
3 – The work desk is height-adjustable.
4 – The chair is adjustable to allow you to maintain a suitable ergonomic posture.
5 – Your feet are well supported.
6 – There is enough legroom under the desk.
7 – There is enough space on the desk for correct and appropriate working postures.
8 – It has a wrist rest for the keyboard.
9 – It has an ergonomic mat.
10 – You take regular breaks throughout the day.
