First aid training is compulsory and fundamental in the general training of workers in Safety and Health at Work and applies to all companies, organizations, establishments and services.
Law no. 102/2009 establishes that employers must provide workers with adequate first aid training.
General Objectives of First Aid Training for Companies: to respond to situations of sudden illness or accident victims until specialized help arrives.
Training duration: the training can last between 12 and 16 hours.
Training location: we come to you – if you purchase a first aid course, it can be given to your employees in the comfort and convenience of your own premises.
Number of trainees: there are 12 trainees in the first aid course.

– Examination of the victim and action plan for providing First Aid.
– Priority and non-priority aid.

– Basic Life Support (BLS);
– Airway obstruction;
– Lateral safety position;
– Fixed assets.
