Psychological health problems can lead to physical and mental health problems, influencing employees’ well-being and impacting on their ability to work and their relationships at work.

Where to start?
Companies can start by carrying out a Psychosocial Risk Assessment.
This will allow them to get to know the reality of the organization and identify priority areas for intervention.
After this initial diagnosis, the psychologist will be able to advise on measures to be adopted to minimize the risk.
Workers can start by developing self-knowledge that allows them to identify warning signs in themselves.
In parallel, they should try to develop or improve strategies for managing anxiety and stress; communicating with colleagues, supervisors and managers about situations that may be compromising their health and well-being.
