Law no. 102/2009 of September 10 and its amendments, introduced by Law no. 42/2012 of August 28 and Law no. 3/2014 of January 28, regulates the legal regime for the promotion and prevention of safety and health at work, establishing the obligation for employers to organize Safety and Health at Work activities.
Where are the complementary examinations and occupational health consultations carried out?
Consultations and examinations can be carried out at the client’s premises, provided they have a doctor’s office and a nurse’s office with specific conditions.
They can also be carried out at the SEPRI clinic in Lisbon, located at Av.

In addition, our Mobile Health Unit can be used to carry out consultations and examinations in remote locations that are difficult to access.
If I am absent for more than 30 days due to illness or accident, do I have to go to an occupational health appointment when I return to work?
Yes, in accordance with Article 108(3)(c) of the Legal Framework for the Promotion of Safety and Health at Work (Law no. 102/2009 of September 10 and its amendments, introduced by Law no. 42/2012 of August 28 and Law no. 3/2014 of January 28).
Is occupational health and safety training compulsory?
