Fortunately, mental health has ceased to be the “elephant in the room” for companies and the dialog on prevention and promotion has gained ground in Occupational Health.
But we know that, individually and collectively, there is still a long way to go and SEPRI wants to help you. In 2022, why is it important to keep the dialogue on mental health active?
– the recovery time for a person with burnout is, on average, 4 months.
– depression and anxiety increased by more than 25% in the first year of the pandemic alone.
There is no health without mental health.
This year, we chose the theme of Self-Care and the Reconciliation of Professional Success with Personal Happiness to mark October 10. The conversation with our psychologist, Dr. Maria João Couto, aimed to raise awareness of the importance of this reflection and to come up with ideas for starting down the path of continuous promotion of our mental health.
