Today the country enters a state of contingency. What changes for companies and workers?

Today, the country is entering a state of contingency with the implementation of preventive measures aimed at controlling the pandemic.
It’s up to us to help inform our clients, companies and employees: after all, what’s going to change in the way we work?

Job changes are mostly aimed at metropolitan areas, where they are recommended:

  • Mirror teams, with rotating schedules between teleworking and face-to-face work

  • Mandatory time difference, with different entry and exit times and different break and meal times

  • Reduced commuting

The greater effort required of metropolitan areas is aimed at reducing the number of people on public transport and commuting to and from work.

Outside the metropolitan areas, the changes in employment essentially apply to commercial establishments.

  • Commercial establishments may not open before 10 a.m.

  • Closing time for establishments between 8pm and 11pm, according to municipal decision

  • In restaurant areas of shopping centers, a maximum of 4 people per group

  • In restaurants, cafés and pastry shops within 300m of schools, a maximum of 4 people per group.
